Great Meeting Last Night!

Great turnout for the NPE PTO general assembly last night!! Thanks to everyone who came out in person or on zoom. Minutes will be posted soon.

Highlights:

  • Mr. Heinle reports had a smooth first day, despite the rain and the kids are settling in. He will be sharing info regarding the application of the communication, curriculum, and equity audits at PTO meetings throughout the year.

  • Mrs. Benamy is so happy to be back at NPE and listening to her talk about her passion for the arts was just inspiring. She’s hoping to bring in muralists, and will be working with fiber arts with the kids.

  • The 2022-2023 NPE PTO Budget was approved unanimously.

  • New to this year. Erica Renner will be serving as our volunteer coordinator! She wants to make sure that the PTO is more representative of the diversity of the student body of NPE. Her email: volunteer.npeparentteacher@gmail.com
